Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

Welcome to sheetscriptingpro.com. By accessing or using the Service through sheetscriptingpro.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced herein, and our Privacy Policy. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on sheetscriptingpro.com including software, scripts, templates, documentation, logos, and marks is owned by Sheets Scripting Pro or its licensors. The Service and its components are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the underlying software, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. All rights not granted are reserved. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Sheets Scripting Pro a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service. If you build tools or add-ons that interact with Google Sheets or Apps Script, you must comply with Google Terms of Service and Google policies. You are responsible for your own data, scripts, and integrations and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sheets Scripting Pro, its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Sheets Scripting Pro total liability to you for all damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount paid by you to Sheets Scripting Pro for the specific Service in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. The limitations and exclusions set forth herein apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If this applies to you, the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you in full.

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Sheets Scripting Pro disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Sheets Scripting Pro does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Sheets Scripting Pro agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you reside in a jurisdiction that prohibits the application of the chosen law or forum, the applicable local law shall apply to the extent required by law, subject to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Sheets Scripting Pro may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on sheetscriptingpro.com and update the effective date at the top of the page. We may also provide notice by other means where feasible. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your consent to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. If you have an active account, you will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with your account where feasible. You may also terminate your use of the Service if you disagree with the updates.
